We know $75 is an investment — but so is your healing. Each box includes $150+ worth of wellness products, therapeutic activities, and mental health tools curated by a licensed therapist. We don’t just send you “stuff”—we send you support.

Yes — all new Heauxs start their journey with the Self-Discovery Starter Box. It lays the foundation for your healing tools and sets you up for future themed boxes.
Q4: Can I bundle the Starter Box with the current month’s box?
Absolutely — and when you do, you’ll get 30% off the current box.

Q5: When do orders open and close?
Pre-orders open the 1st and close the 14th of each month.
After the 14th, we place orders for supplies and prep your box with care.
Q6: When will my Heauxbox ship?
Boxes ship toward the end of the month so you can start the next month’s theme grounded (not rushed).
Example: Pre-order by August 14 → box ships end of August → use for September.
Q7: Why do you ship at the end of the month?
We intentionally ship after the pre-order window closes so we can curate with care and partner with small businesses. This also ensures your box is made-to-order and vibe-checked — no rushing, just intentional healing.

While we don't directly offer Klarna on our site (yet), you can still use it:

Right now, access to our private blog + Heauxmmunity group is exclusive to subscribers. Other offerings are coming soon.
Q11: What’s your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of our curated wellness boxes, all sales are final. But if something arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 5 days and we’ll make it right.
Q11: Can I buy standalone items from each month’s box?
Not yet — but we’re working on it! Some Heauxbox favorites (like journals, pins, or wellness goods) may become available as standalone shop items in the future. We’re taking time to do it intentionally, so thanks for bearing with us as we grow.
Q12: What if I missed a month’s box? Will it come back?
Possibly! Some themes are so loaded they deserve more than one month — which means we may revisit or restock certain boxes later. Keep an eye out for Heaux Rewinds when we re‑drop past faves.
