Q1: Why is the Heauxbox $75?
We know $75 is an investment—but so is your healing. Each box includes $150+ worth of wellness products, therapeutic activities, and mental health tools curated by a licensed therapist. We don’t just send you “stuff”—we send you support.

Q2: What exactly comes in each box?
Your Heauxbox includes a themed healing activity, HeauxScript (mini workbook), monthly wellness calendar, Heaux Eats recipe, 2–4 wellness products, and access to our private Heauxmmunity. It’s like lite-therapy, sisterhood, and a care package all in one.

Q3: When do orders open and close?

Heauxbox orders open on the 5th of each month and close on the last day of the month. For example, if you order between June 5th–30th, your box will ship between July 15th–20th. This schedule gives us space to curate, order, and pack each box with care—no rushing, all intention.

Q4: When will my Heauxbox ship?

Your Heauxbox ships between the 15th–20th of the month after you order.

Q5: Do you offer payment plans?
While we don't directly offer payment plans like 
Klarna, as it isn’t directly built into our checkout (yet), you can still use it by creating a one-time virtual card through the Klarna app. It takes just a few steps:

  1. Download the Klarna app and sign up (if you haven’t already)

  2. Choose the “Pay with Klarna” option

  3. Create a one-time card for the amount of your Heauxbox

  4. Use that virtual card like a regular credit/debit card at checkout on our site

That way, you can still break your payment into four without waiting on us to integrate Klarna fully.

Q6: What if $75 isn’t in my budget right now?
We hear you. While this box reflects the full value of curated healing, we’re working on a budget-friendly option called Lite Heaux, coming down the line. Stay tuned!

Q7: Can I join the Heauxmmunity without a box?
Right now, access to our private blog + Heauxmmunity group is exclusive to subscribers. But don’t worry—other community offerings are on the way.

Q8: What’s your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of our curated wellness boxes, all sales are final. But if something arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 5 days and we’ll make it right.
