SHIPPING & BILLING POLICY

Billing & Order Cut-Off Dates

Existing Subscribers:
All subscriptions renew on the 1st of each month.

New to the Heaux Squad?

Orders close the end of each month so we can lock in all the goodness, get everything ordered, and pack your Heauxbox with love and clarity.

Subscribe after that, and your box will ship during our next shipping window — between the 15th–20th of that same month. That way, you’re set up and supported before the next month even begins.

​

Missed the cut-off? No worries, boo. Orders reopen on the 5th of each month for the next round of boxes.
Because we don’t do chaos — we do consistency.

Shipping Timeline

  • Boxes ship between the 15th–20th of each month

  • Give us 1–3 business days to get everything prepped and ready to roll

  • Most Heauxs receive their boxes within 5–7 business days after shipping

  • Each box is packed with intention to guide your healing journey for the upcoming month

Shipping Rates​

We keep it simple, fair, and straight to the point — just like a Heaux who knows her worth.

  • Flat Rate Shipping – $12.99 for Heauxs in the West & Central U.S. (CA, OR, NV, AZ, WA, CO, TX, etc.)
    Predictable. Easy. No surprises at checkout.

  • Calculated Shipping – For East Coast & Southeastern Heauxs (NY, FL, GA, NC, IL, etc.),

shipping is based on your exact location. That way, you only pay what it really costs — no fluff.​

 Shipping Notices & Delivery Policies

We’ll notify you of any delays due to weather, holidays, or supply chain issues.

Please double-check your shipping address each month before renewal.

We’re not responsible for boxes lost due to incorrect addresses once shipped.

Subscription Management

  • Need to pause, skip, update your address, or cancel your plan?
    No worries — just make sure any changes are made before the 1st of the month to affect the next box.

You can handle everything through your account dashboard, or hit us up directly — we’re always here to help keep things flowing.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Policy:

  • Returns accepted within 5 days of receiving your box

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used or altered items

Refund Info:

  • Refunds processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility — trackable shipping is strongly recommended

To start a return: email us with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll take care of you.
